About Date Facture

Radif Partners is an independent publisher. For this site it reads article 289 bis of the French tax code, articles 1737 and 1788 D on fines, article 91 of the 2024 Finance Act, the 2026 Finance Act, the decree and order of 27 July 2026, the tax administration's BOFiP commentary of 30 September 2026 and the list of approved platforms published by the DGFiP, and turns them into tools that run entirely in your browser. Radif Partners is not an approved platform, not an invoicing software vendor and not an accounting firm, and gives no individual tax advice.

Why this site exists

With mandatory e-invoicing, every business in France needs to know from when it is concerned, what it risks if it is not ready and which platform to choose. Much of what is published on the subject is written by platform vendors: their checks lead to their offer and their comparisons promote their partners. This site does the opposite: it gives your date from your situation, works out fines with their caps, reproduces the official platform list with no ranking, and builds a valid Factur-X in your browser, without selling you anything.

Who publishes it

The publisher is Radif Partners, a company that builds tools from public rules and data. Radif Partners is not a public authority, not an approved platform and not an accounting firm. The site has no link with the DGFiP, the Ministry of the Economy or any software vendor, and uses none of their logos. It sells nothing, contains no affiliate links, takes no commission and shows no advertising.

Where the rules come from

The duty comes from article 289 bis of the tax code, fines from articles 1737 and 1788 D, the details from the decree of 27 July 2026 and the BOFiP commentary. The platform list is the DGFiP’s. How we calculate and check is on the method page; how we correct, in the editorial policy.

Your data

The tools only work in your browser. There is no account, no form sending us your data, and no invoice you create is stored by us. Details are in the privacy policy.

What the site does not do

It does not send your invoices, does not replace an approved platform or your accounting, and gives no individual tax advice. For a specific case, a chartered accountant or the business tax office remains the right contact.

Write to us
