Approved platforms: the official list, with no ranking

What an approved platform does

Article 289 bis of the French tax code requires invoices between taxable persons established in France to be issued, transmitted and received through an approved platform. In practice, your platform receives your invoice in a structured format, checks its data, sends it to your customer’s platform and passes the VAT-relevant information to the administration. It also handles the invoice statuses (submitted, rejected, refused, payment received) and the e-reporting of your consumer and cross-border sales. Decree no. 2026-677 of 27 July 2026 sets the registration conditions and the rules for switching operator.

The DGFiP’s two lists

The earliest registration on the list dates from 11 December 2025. The official page, available on impots.gouv.fr, shows a change on 13 October 2026; it was under maintenance on the day we read it. We only took three public data points per operator: the trading name, the town or country of the main establishment and the date the registration number was issued. Vendors’ addresses, emails and websites are on the official list, not here, so that this table stays a sorting tool rather than a shop window.

How to read the table without mistakes

The order is alphabetical, not a ranking. An early registration date does not guarantee better service, and an operator based abroad can handle French invoices perfectly well. The questions the tool generates from your invoice volume, your e-reporting needs and your accounting software are what really separate two offers. Send them to two or three operators and compare the written answers.

Switching platform

A choice is not final. The decree sets the changeover in working days: the new platform passes your consent to the old one within 2 days, the old one may object within 5 days, then the new one registers your address in the directory within 15 days. The former platform keeps providing its services for 1 year and answers your information requests within 5 working days. Service-public.fr keeps the list up to date.
